Article 3 U.K. Authorisations

Third country operators shall only engage in commercial air transport operations within, into or out of the [F1 United Kingdom] if they comply with the requirements of Annex 1 and hold an authorisation issued by the [F2 CAA] in accordance with Annex 2 to this Regulation.
