[F1 Article 30 E+N.I. Control rate for area-related aid schemes other than the payment for agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and environment

[F2 For area-related aid schemes other than the payment for agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title III of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the greening payment’), the control sample for on-the-spot checks carried out each year shall cover at least:

(a)

5 % of all beneficiaries applying for the basic payment scheme F3 ... in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title III of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013. [F4 The relevant authority] shall ensure that the control sample contains at least 5 % of all beneficiaries declaring mainly agricultural areas which are areas naturally kept in a state suitable for grazing in accordance with Article 10(1) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 639/2014;

(b)

5 % of all beneficiaries applying for the redistributive payment in accordance with Chapter 2 of Title III of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013;
