For the purposes of the technical specifications needed for the implementation of the control system and administrative penalties in relation to cross-compliance, the following definitions shall apply:
‘specialised control bodies’ means the [F1national] competent control authorities, as referred to in Article 67 of this Regulation, responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules referred to in Article 93 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013;
‘act’ means each of the individual Directives and Regulations listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013;
‘year of the finding’ means the calendar year in which the administrative or on-the-spot check was carried out;
[F2‘areas of cross-compliance’ means any of the three different areas referred to in Article 93(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 and the maintenance of permanent pasture as referred to in Article 93(3) of that Regulation.]
