Article 1
Annex II (Part-ARO), Annex III (Part-ORO) and Annex IV (Part-CAT) to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2015.

By way of derogation from the second subparagraph of paragraph 1, Member States may decide that the provisions of ORO.AOC.110 (d) set out in point (2)(b)((ii) of the Annex only apply from 25 August 2017.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
