1.Where supervisory authorities permit insurance and reinsurance undertakings, in accordance with [F1part 4.1 of the Reporting part of the PRA Rulebook], not to disclose certain information, such permission shall remain valid only for as long as the reason for non-disclosure continues to exist.
2.Insurance and reinsurance undertakings shall notify supervisory authorities as soon as the reason for any permitted non-disclosure ceases to exist.
