3. This Regulation shall not apply:

(a) F4 ..., to the extent that it is irreconcilable with the obligations arising in relation to bankruptcy from a convention concluded by [F5 the United Kingdom] with one or more third countries before the entry into force of Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000;

(b) in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, to the extent that is irreconcilable with the obligations arising in relation to bankruptcy and the winding-up of insolvent companies from any arrangements with the Commonwealth existing at the time Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 entered into force.

Article 92 U.K. Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 26 June 2017, with the exception of:

(a)

Article 86, which shall apply from 26 June 2016;

Article 24(1), which shall apply from 26 June 2018; and
