Article 22U.K.Mitigation of market power of critical benchmark administrators
Without prejudice to the application of [F1United Kingdom] competition law, when providing a critical benchmark, the administrator shall take adequate steps to ensure that licences of, and information relating to, the benchmark are provided to all users on a fair, reasonable, transparent and non-discriminatory basis.
