CHAPTER I U.K. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 U.K. Definitions

For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)

‘licence’ means an electronic or paper document with a specific period of validity, expressing the right and obligation to import or export products;

(b)

‘notice on import and export licences for agricultural products’ means the detailed provisions for the import licence or export licence and set of information to be mentioned in a licence application and in a licence as published in the Official Journal of the European Union, C-series.(1)
