Member States participating in the by-catch avoidance programme shall ensure that the total annual landings of picked dogfish on the basis of this derogation do not exceed the amounts indicated below. They shall communicate the list of participating vessels to the Commission before allowing any landings. Member States shall exchange information about avoidance areas.
