F1The standard form set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation shall be used for the purposes of drawing up the F2Single Procurement Document referred to in F3regulation 60 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 F4regulation 59 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006. Instructions for its use are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
