Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/117 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   in Article 2, point (c) is deleted;

2. (2)

   Article 5 is replaced by the following:

   By 30 June 2017, Denmark, Germany and Sweden shall assess the implementation of the measures set out in Article 3 and 4 in areas 1 to 7 as defined in the Annex.

   2

   By 31 July 2017, Denmark, Germany and Sweden shall submit to the Commission a summary report of the assessement referred to in paragraph 1.

   3

   By 31 October 2018, Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Poland shall assess the implementation of the measures set out in Article 3 and 4 in areas 8, 9 and 10 as defined in the Annex.

   4

   By 30 November 2018, Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Poland shall submit to the Commission a summary report of the assessment referred to in paragraph 3.

   the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
