Article 1

Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1237 is amended as follows:

(1)

in Article 2(2)(c), point (iii) is replaced by the following:

‘(iii) products that are subject to the repayment or remission of the amount of import or export duty as set out in Section 3 of Chapter 3 of Title III of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1) in respect of which a final decision has not yet been taken.’;

(2)

in Article 8, the following point (ea) is inserted after point (e):

‘(ea) as regards rice, the quantities referred to in Article 19a of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1239.’
