Where the mitigation measures in this Annex include the use of food additives and other substances, the food additives and other substances shall be used in accordance with the provisions provided for in Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No 1332/20088 and (EC) No 1333/20089 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 231/201210.
