CHAPTER IIPROVISION OF PORT SERVICES
Article 10Exemptions
1
This Chapter and Article 21 shall not apply to cargo-handling, passenger services or pilotage.
2
Member States may decide to apply this Chapter and Article 21 to pilotage. Member States shall inform the Commission of such a decision.
