I.FEES OR CHARGES FOR THE OFFICIAL CONTROLS IN SLAUGHTERHOUSES

  1. (a)

    Beef meat:

    1. (i)

      adult bovine animals: 5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

    2. (ii)

      young bovine animals: 2 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

  2. (b)

    solipeds/equidae meat: 3 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

  3. (c)

    pigmeat: animals of a carcass weight:

    1. (i)

      of less than 25 kg: 0,5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

    2. (ii)

      equal to or greater than 25 kg: 1 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

  4. (d)

    sheepmeat and goatmeat: animals of a carcass weight:

    1. (i)

      of less than 12 kg: 0,15 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

    2. (ii)

      equal to or greater than 12 kg: 0,25 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

  5. (e)

    poultry meat:

II.FEES OR CHARGES FOR THE OFFICIAL CONTROLS IN CUTTING PLANTS

Per tonne of meat:

  1. (a)

    beef, veal, pig, solipeds/equidae, sheep and goatmeat: 2 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR,

  2. (b)

    poultry and farmed rabbit meat: 1,5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR,

  3. (c)

    farmed and wild game meat:

    • small game birds and ground game: 1,5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR,

    • ratites (ostrich, emu, nandou): 3 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR,

    • boar and ruminants: 2 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR.

III.FEES OR CHARGES FOR THE OFFICIAL CONTROLS IN GAME-PROCESSING PLANTS

  1. (a)

    small game birds: 0,005 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

  2. (b)

    small ground game: 0,01 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

  3. (c)

    ratites: 0,5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/animal,

  4. (d)

    land mammals:

    1. (i)

    2. (ii)

IV.FEES OR CHARGES FOR THE OFFICIAL CONTROLS ON MILK PRODUCTION

  1. (a)

    and

  2. (b)

    0,5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/tonne thereafter.

V.FEES OR CHARGES FOR THE OFFICIAL CONTROLS ON PRODUCING AND PLACING ON THE MARKET FISHERY PRODUCTS AND AQUACULTURE PRODUCTS

  1. (a)

    First placing on the market of fishery and aquaculture products:

    1. (i)

      1 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/tonne for the first 50 tonnes in the month;

    2. (ii)

      0,5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/tonne thereafter.

  2. (b)

    First sale in fish market

    1. (i)

      0,5 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/tonne for the first 50 tonnes in the month;

    2. (ii)

      0,25 F1Sterling equivalent of EUR/tonne thereafter;

  3. (c)

    First sale in case of lack of or insufficient gradation for freshness and/or size:

    1. (i)

    2. (ii)
