Articles 26 and 27, Article 28(1) and (2) and Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are deleted.

Article 26, Article 27(1) and Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 shall continue to apply instead of the corresponding provisions of this Regulation until 14 December 2022 or an earlier date to be determined in the delegated act adopted in accordance with paragraph 3 of this Article.

The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 144 to amend this Regulation concerning the date referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article. That date shall be the date of application of the corresponding rules to be established pursuant to the delegated or implementing acts provided for in Article 19.
