Article 155U.K.Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 and related transitional measures

1.Articles 26 and 27, Article 28(1) and (2) and Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are deleted.

2.Article 26, Article 27(1) and Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 shall continue to apply instead of the corresponding provisions of this Regulation until [F1such date as may be specified in regulations made by the appropriate authority] paragraph 3 of this Article.
