CHAPTER IITransitional and final provisions

Article 160Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009

Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 is amended as follows:

(1)
Article 3 is amended as follows:
1. (a)
  point (10) is replaced by the following:
  10.
  “competent authority” means competent authorities as defined in point (3) of Article 3 of Regulation X1(EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council69.
2. (b)
  point (15) is replaced by the following:
  15.
  “transit” means transit as defined in Article 3(44) of Regulation X1(EU) 2017/625.
(2)
Articles 45, 49 and 50 are deleted.
