Article 59 U.K. Designation of border control posts

1. [F1 Competent authorities] shall designate border control posts for the purpose of performing official controls on one or more of the categories of animals and goods referred to in Article 47(1).

[F2 2. The competent authority must notify the other competent authorities of the constituent territories of the British Islands before designating a border control post.]
