Article 78U.K.Notification of force majeure

For the purposes of Articles 59(7) and 64(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, any case of force majeure shall be notified to the [F1appropriate authority], with relevant evidence to the satisfaction of that authority, within 30 working days of the date on which the case of force majeure took place.
