Article 78Notification of force majeure
For the purposes of Articles 59(7) and 64(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, any case of force majeure shall be notified to the F1appropriate authority, with relevant evidence to the satisfaction of that authority, within 30 working days of the date on which the case of force majeure took place.
