Article 76U.K. [F1CAA measures]

1.[F2The CAA must, upon request, assist the Secretary of State] in the preparation of proposals for amendments to this Regulation and of [F3regulations to be made under it], in accordance with the principles laid down in Article 4. The documents that [F4the CAA submits to the Secretary of State] for those purposes shall take the form of opinions.
