CHAPTER III U.K. REQUIREMENTS FOR VERIFIERS

Article 42 U.K. Records and communication

1. A verifier shall keep records, including records on the competence and impartiality of personnel, to demonstrate compliance with this Regulation.

2. A verifier shall on a regular basis make information available to the operator or aircraft operator and other relevant parties in accordance with the [F1 standard] referred to in Annex II.

3. A verifier shall safeguard the confidentiality of information obtained during the verification in accordance with the [F1 standard] referred to in Annex II.
