Temporary authorisation to use the vehicle for tests on the network may only be issued by the NSA when it is required and specified in the national legal framework of the Member State.

NSAs assessing applications for temporary authorisation to use the vehicle for tests on the network shall do so in accordance with the relevant national legal framework.
