Article 26U.K.Direct restocking and transplantation

1.The technical measures provided for in this Regulation shall not apply to fishing operations conducted solely for the purpose of direct restocking or transplantation of marine species, provided that those operations are carried out with the permission and under the authority of [F1a fisheries administration] having a direct management interest.
