This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
In accordance with Article 5(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1059/2003, it shall apply for the transmission of data to the Commission (Eurostat) from 1 January 2021.
