In this Annex:
‘Seeds Marketing Regulations’ has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) Regulations 2001 ;
the references to seed in paragraphs 2, 4, 5 and 6 do not include seed where it is subject to an exception described in Article 6(3) and the special requirements in Annex 8 or 10 do not apply in relation to the seed.
All plants for planting, other than seeds.
