Article 6U.K.General obligation to monitor
The operator of an installation, applying for or receiving free allocation F1... shall monitor the data to be submitted as listed in Annex IV to this Regulation, based on a monitoring methodology plan approved by the [F2regulator] [F3under Article 8].
