SECTION 2U.K. Personnel

1.An adequately trained person responsible for the manufacture, placing on the market and supply to the animal keeper of medicated feed and intermediate products and an adequately trained person responsible for quality control shall be designated.U.K.

2.With the exception of mobile mixers and on-farm mixers, the functions of the person responsible for manufacture and person responsible for quality control shall be independent of each other and therefore shall not be carried out by the same person.U.K.
