The feed business operator distributing medicated feed or intermediate products in a Member State which is different from the Member State where it was manufactured shall ensure that the veterinary medicinal products used for the manufacturing of that medicated feed or those intermediate products are allowed for use, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/6, in the Member State of use.

The feed business operator importing medicated feed or intermediate products into the Union shall ensure that the veterinary medicinal products used for the manufacturing of that medicated feed or those intermediate products are allowed for use, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/6, in the Member State of use.
