Article 13U.K.Model official certificates for the entry into [F1Great Britain] for placing on the market of fishery products
1.To meet the certification requirements laid down in Articles 88, 89 and Article 126(2)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625, the model official certificate [F2to] be used for the entry into [F1Great Britain] for placing on the market of fishery products [F3must be in the form published by the appropriate authority from time to time on its website].
2.In the case of fishery products caught by [F4a British fishing vessel] and transferred in third countries with or without storage, the model certificate [F5to] be used [F6must be in the form published by the appropriate authority from time to time on its website].
3.To meet the certification requirements laid down in Articles 88, 89 and Article 126(2)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625, the model official certificate to be signed by the captain [F7and] used when fishery products are imported directly from a reefer, freezer or factory vessel as provided for in Article 11(3) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/625 [F8must be in the form published by the appropriate authority from time to time on its website].
