ANNEX I

PART ASPECIFIC EMISSIONS TARGETS FOR PASSENGER CARS

5.

For a manufacturer that has been granted a derogation with regard to a specific NEDC based emissions target in 2021, the WLTP based derogation target shall be calculated as follows:

{Derogation target}_{2021} = {WLTP}_{CO2} \times (\frac{{NEDC}_{2021 target}}{{NEDC}_{{CO}_{2}}})

where:

WLTP_CO2: is WLTP_CO2 as defined in point 3;
NEDC_CO2: is NEDC_CO2 as defined in point 3;
NEDC_2021target: is the 2021 derogation target granted by the Commission pursuant to Article 10.
