Article 15Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from the day following that on which Union law ceases to apply to and in the United Kingdom pursuant to Articles 126 and 127 of the Withdrawal Agreement.
However, Articles 9(3) and 10(2) shall apply from the entry into force of this Regulation.

This Regulation shall not apply if an agreement governing comprehensively the provision of air transport with the United Kingdom to which the Union is a party has entered into force, or as the case may be, provisionally applies by the date referred to in the first subparagraph of paragraph 2.

This Regulation shall cease to apply on the earlier of the following dates:
a
30 June 2021;
b
the date on which an agreement as referred to in paragraph 3 enters into force, or, as the case may be, the date from which it is provisionally applied.
