Article 16U.K.Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2017/1369

In Article 12(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1369, point (a) is replaced by the following:

‘(a)

to support market surveillance authorities in carrying out their tasks under this Regulation and the relevant delegated acts, including enforcement thereof, and under Regulation (EU) 2020/740 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1).’.
