22(1)The Principal Reporter must, as soon as is reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to SCRA a report on the carrying out during the year of the functions conferred on the Principal Reporter by virtue of this Act or any other enactment.S
(2)The Principal Reporter may include in the report any other information that the Principal Reporter considers appropriate.
(3)In this paragraph, “financial year” means each period of a year ending on 31 March.
