(a)Parts 1 to 9 (other than sections 53(4) and 64) and schedules 1 and 2,

(f)section 115,
(g)section 118 and schedule 4,
(h)section 119 and schedule 5,
(i)section 120, and
(j)section 121.
(3)The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may, by order, appoint.
