There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023, Paragraph 2.
2(1)Section 3 (Scottish Charity Register) of the 2005 Act is modified as follows.
(2)In subsection (6)—
(a)in the opening words, the word “must” is repealed,
(b)in paragraph (a)—
(i)at the beginning, insert “may, ”,
(ii)for “each”, substitute “any”,
(c)at the beginning of paragraph (b), insert “must, ”.
