The Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, Section 48 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. 48.—(1) The Council shall obtain and keep under review—
(a)information about consumer matters; and
(b)information about the views of consumers on such matters.
(2) Where the Authority is required by any provision of this Order to publish a notice or any other document, it shall send a copy of the document to the Council.
