41. In Schedule 3 (decisions against which an appeal lies), in paragraph 3—N.I.
(a)in paragraph (f), the final “or” is repealed;
(b)after paragraph (g) insert—
“(h)regulations made under Article 90(1) or 91(1) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015;
(i)Article 92 of that Order.”
