3. The provisions referred to in Article 2 are—
(a)section 1 (Meaning of “disability” and “disabled person”);
(b)section 2 (Past disabilities);
(c)section 3(1) (Guidance);
(d)section 16(3) in so far as it relates to the definitions of “sub-lease” and “sub-tenancy”, and (5) in so far as it relates to paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 4 (Sub-leases etc.);
(e)section 28(3) (Provision of advice and assistance);
(f)section 59(4) (Statutory authority and national security);
(g)section 62(1), (2) and (7)(5) (Restriction of publicity: industrial tribunals);
(h)section 67(6) (Regulations and orders);
(i)section 68(1)(7) (Interpretation);
(j)section 69 (Financial provisions);
(k)section 70(7) (House of Commons and Northern Ireland Assembly disqualification);
(l)Schedule 1 (with the exception of paragraph 7) (Provisions Supplementing Section 1);
(m)Schedule 2 (Past Disabilities);
(n)Schedule 4, paragraph 4 (Sub-leases etc.).

Paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 is modified in its application to Northern Ireland by paragraph 51(2) of Schedule 8
Section 28 is modified in its application to Northern Ireland by paragraph 14 of Schedule 8
Section 59 is modified in its application to Northern Ireland by paragraph 39 of Schedule 8
Section 62(2) and (7) is modified in its application to Northern Ireland by paragraph 42 of Schedule 8
Section 67 is modified in its application to Northern Ireland by paragraph 46 of Schedule 8
Section 68(1) is modified in its application to Northern Ireland by paragraph 47(1) of Schedule 8
