2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of—
(a)Article 10 of the Order (information from landlords and agents), is 8th October 1997;
(b)Article 15 of the Order (recovery of overpaid housing benefit)—
(i)for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 8th October 1997, and
(ii)for all other purposes, is 3rd November 1997.
