Appointed days
2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the 2005 Order, namely—
(a)Articles 3 to 15;
(b)Articles 20 and 21;
(c)Schedule 1 (Consequential Amendments); and
(d)Article 24 and Schedule 2 (Repeals), except to the extent they repeal the Colonial Solicitors Act 1900(1) and Article 5(5) of the Solicitors (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(2),
is 15th November 2005.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the 2005 Order, namely—
(a)Article 19; and
(b)the repeals of the Colonial Solicitors Act 1900 and Article 5(5) of the Solicitors (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 in Schedule 2,
is 1st February 2006.
