In each of the following provisions of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1) after the words “regulations 9, 13 and 15 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006” there is inserted “or regulations 9, 13 and 15 of the Service Provision Change (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006”—N.I.
