4. The following provisions of the 2006 Order shall come into operation on 6th April 2007—
(a)Article 14; and
(b)Schedule 2 (repeals) in so far as it gives effect to the repeal of Article 112F(3), (6) and (7) of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1).
