11.—(1) In regulation 11(1) of the Employer Debt Regulations (money purchase schemes: valuations etc.) for “regulations 5 and 7” substitute “regulation 5”.
(2) In regulation 12(1) of the Employer Debt Regulations (multi-employer money purchase schemes)—
(a)in paragraph (1A), as substituted for regulation 10(1) of the Employer Debt Regulations, omit sub-paragraph (b) and the word “or” preceding it;
(b)in paragraph (1B), as substituted for regulation 10(1) of the Employer Debt Regulations, omit sub-paragraph (b) and the word “and” preceding it.
