There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Aquatic Animal Health Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009, Section 6.
6.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), it is an offence for a person to operate, or cause or permit another person to operate, an aquaculture production business or a processing establishment unless the business or establishment is—
(a)authorised by the Department; and
(b)operated in accordance with that authorisation.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to—
(a)a put and take fishery; or
(b)a non-commercial installation.
