2. The following provisions of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 shall come into operation on 29th June 2009—
(a)section 103 (amendments of provisions of the 2005 Order relating to contribution notices or financial support directions) in so far as it is not already in operation, and
(b)in Schedule 8 (contribution notices and financial support directions under 2005 Order)—
(i)paragraph 4, and
(ii)paragraphs 1, 2, 8 and 15 in so far as they are not already in operation.
