5. Articles 6 and 7 apply for the period beginning on the day on which this Order comes into operation and ending on the day on which paragraph 9(1) of Schedule 7 to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012(1) is brought into force for the purposes of inserting Article 32A (Information about barring decisions) into the 2007 Order.

Explanatory Memorandum

They aim to make the Statutory Rule accessible to readers who are not legally qualified and accompany any Northern Ireland Statutory Rule or Draft Northern Ireland Statutory Rule laid before the UK Parliament during the suspension of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
