16. In the case of an application for a permit to operate a Part A installation or Part A mobile plant, any relevant information obtained or conclusion arrived at, pursuant to Articles 5, 6, 7 and 9 of Directive 2011/92/EU(1) on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment [F1as last amended by Directive 2014/52/EU] , in relation to the installation shall be taken into consideration by the chief inspector in determining the application.N.I.
