7.—(1) The Department shall make payments to, or for the purposes of, the Trust in accordance with section 11 of the Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014.
(2) A grant under paragraph (1)—
(a)shall be of such amount;
(b)shall be paid at such time, or in instalments of such amounts and at such times; and
(c)shall be made on such conditions,
as the Department, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, may determine.
(3) A time determined under paragraph (2)(b) may fall within or after the financial year concerned.
(4) The Trust shall set the fees and charges for the support it provides and shall provide information about such fees and charges in accordance with such directions as the Department shall issue to it. It shall record all such fees and charges received in the appropriate accounts.
(5) The Trust shall abide by its Management Statement and Financial Memorandum and by any relevant policies of the Department and of the Department of Finance and Personnel.
(6) The Trust may not borrow or raise money for any purposes other than in connection with the functions of the Trust.
(7) All gifts received by the Trust shall be recorded in its accounts.
